Infinix Xpad GT Launched with Snapdragon 888 5G

Infinix Xpad GT: Gaming Tab

Infinix has officially introduced its first-ever gaming tablet — the Infinix Xpad GT, combining strong performance features with budget-friendly pricing. Aimed at gamers and multimedia users, this tablet brings several premium specifications that are rare in its price segment.

The Xpad GT is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 chipset, which was once the flagship processor in many premium smartphones. It’s paired with 8GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage, offering smooth multitasking and enough space for heavy games and media files.

The device features an 11-inch IPS LCD display with a 144Hz refresh rate, designed to provide a fluid and lag-free gaming experience. The high refresh rate is ideal for fast-paced games, making gameplay more responsive and immersive.

Infinix has equipped the tablet with a powerful 8-speaker setup that delivers surround sound quality, enhancing the gaming and movie-watching experience. It is backed by a large 10,000mAh battery, which supports 33W fast charging, so users can play longer without worrying about running out of power.

The Xpad GT runs on Android 14 with XOS 14, Infinix’s custom skin. It also includes Folax AI, a smart assistant that offers voice commands and helpful features like note-taking and scheduling — perfect for productivity as well as play.

The tablet comes with Wi-Fi 5, Bluetooth 5.0, USB Type-C, and a 3.5mm headphone jack, ensuring good compatibility with accessories and headsets. It also features a premium build with a stylish rear design and slim bezels around the screen.

While Infinix hasn’t confirmed the exact launch price yet, industry experts expect it to cost around ₹15,999, positioning it as a highly competitive option in the gaming tablet space. It is set to launch globally by the end of May 2025.

The Xpad GT is part of a broader GT lineup from Infinix, which includes the upcoming GT 30 Pro smartphone, GT Buds with active noise cancellation, and a GT Power Bank that supports fast charging. This shows Infinix’s growing focus on providing a complete gaming ecosystem.
